About Promised Land Survey, LLC
Promised Land Survey, LLC was founded in February of 1998 by Timothy A. Peloquin. Tim started PLS in his basement in Chester, NH, but the company shortly moved to Derry, NH, where it grew. Since its inception, PLS has performed surveys in every county in New Hampshire, and in four of the New England States. We work closely with local engineering and environmental firms, municipalities, and home/landowners to ensure that all of our clients receive a complete product.

Our staff licenses include: Licensed Land Surveyor, Certified Wetland Scientist, Septic Designer, and Land Surveyors in Training, and experienced drafting technicians and field crews.
Neal M. McCarthy
Co-Owner
Neal began working at PLS as an instrument operator in January of 2000. Neal graduated from Davis College in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree.

He has various field experience, including construction layout, topographical surveys, route surveys, boundary surveys, septic design surveys, ALTA surveys, FEMA elevation certifications, shoreland surveys, and more. Neal knows to take any given project from start to finish effectively and efficiently. He has helped our company develop efficient daily workflow practices, project management, field crew management, scheduling, client and public relations.
Neal is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of New Hampshire and is scheduled to sit for the State Land Surveyor exams in both Massachusetts and Maine in the fall of 2026. He has experience in taking projects through the required approval processes with various Boards and Commissions and also has much experience in historical research, land law, deed and plan research, plan preparation and presentation, as well as computations and calculations.
Neal has been happily married since 1999, and he and his wife are blessed with four children.
Brandon J. Wing
Co-Owner
Brandon joined PLS as an instrument operator in 2001. He worked in the field, full-time, for 12 years and was slowly transitioned into the office, starting in 2013.

His knowledge and experience includes all aspects of field surveying, and also deed and plan research, boundary computations, subdivisions, construction design and layout, topographical surveys, septic designs, ALTA surveys, FEMA elevation certifications, wetlands and shoreland permitting, Planning and Zoning Board approval processes, and more. He is experienced in Leica manual and robotic instruments, Leica Viva GPS, Carlson data collection, and AutoCad and Carlson Intellicad drafting software.
Brandon returned to college in 2019 and graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Environmental Science in 2022. Brandon is a Certified Wetland Scientist, an LSIT, a licensed septic designer, installer, evaluator. He is currently scheduled to sit for the State LLS exam in October of 2026.
Brandon and his wife, Rachel, were married in 2003 and are blessed to have five wonderful children.
Rachel A. Polizzotti
Administrative Assistant
Rachel Polizzotti is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a double major in English and Communication. She brings a diverse background in business development, client management, marketing, and operations.

Rachel spent a decade as an insurance broker specializing in renewable energy, where she built strong client relationships, developed business opportunities, and provided strategic solutions for organizations. After stepping away to raise her two sons, she returned to the workforce by helping grow her husband’s plumbing and heating business, managing accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, employee benefits, and day-to-day operations.
Rachel is grateful to bring her diverse skill set and experience to her role as Administrative Assistant at Promised Land Survey, supporting the team’s continued growth and success.
Andrew R. Glines
Field Crew Chief, Draftsman
Andrew received a B.S. in Mathematics from Bryan College in 2009 and has been with PLS since 2010. Andrew has spent the majority of his time with us as a field crew member and survey chief.

In 2025, he transitioned to mainly office work and has excelled in drafting, deed/plan research, field data processing, boundary calculations and computations, and plan preparation. Andrew has extensive field experience, doing boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, lot surveys, construction and as-built surveys, existing conditions and site plan surveys, and he is well acquainted with large tracts of undeveloped woodlands as he was actively involved in surveying many thousands of acres of conservation land up in Grafton County.
Andrew’s attention to detail has proven to be very valuable to the company. He is currently an LSIT and is pursuing licensure as a Licensed Land Surveyor.
When Andrew’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children.
Kevin M. Stanhope
Crew Chief and SIT
Kevin got his start with surveying when he shadowed one of our field crews while he was still in high school. After graduating high school in 2020, he joined the PLS team in 2021. He then attended the University of Maine, Orono, and graduated in 2024 with a B.S. in Surveying Engineering Technology.

Kevin spends most of his time with us in the field as a survey chief but has also gained experience in deed/plan research and CADD/drafting. Kevin has amassed quite a portfolio of field experience, which includes boundary surveys, existing conditions and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, lot surveys, construction and as-built surveys, site plan surveys, roadway and culvert surveys, and is also very experienced in surveying large tracts of undeveloped land, as he has been involved in surveying thousands of acres of conservation land for the US FWS in the towns of Lyme, Canaan, Dorchester, and Hanover.
Kevin is currently an LSIT and is scheduled to sit for the NCEES PS exam in pursuit of licensure as a Licensed Land Surveyor.
Kevin is an avid snowboarder in the winter and golfer in the summer.
Nathan S. Radzelovage
Survey Crew Member
Nathan (Nate) joined the PLS team in May of 2020. After graduating from high school, Nathan spent several months living in and serving the people of Guatemala through an organization in which his family sponsored children. Upon returning from Central America, Nate discovered a love for working outdoors, particularly with anything land-related.

Nate works on a survey crew and has gained experience doing boundary surveys, topographical surveys for septic design, existing conditions surveys, construction layout, ALTA surveys, and more. Nate has gained much experience with Leica and Carlson total stations, Carlson data collection software, and Carlson base/rover GNSS equipment. Nate has a top-notch attitude and great work ethic, which makes him a valued member of our team.
In his spare time, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Autumn, playing sports, and spending time with his sisters, brother-in-law, and brothers, two of whom recently served in the United States military.
Griffin C. Romprey
Survey Crew Member
Griffin graduated from Keene State College with a B.S. in Occupational Health and Applied Sciences in 2020. After a short tenure in this industry, he decided to explore other ventures in hopes of finding a more fulfilling career path.

After a brief stint in landscaping, a means to pay bills while he looked for a path to pursue, he found Promised Land Survey. Inspired by our good reputation, he decided to send us a resume. After working for PLS for several years, now, he can firmly say that trusting his gut instinct was the best decision he could have made.
Griffin’s field survey experience includes boundaries, topography/existing conditions, construction layout, lot staking, and much more. He has surveyed parcels from huge undeveloped tracts in Central/Northern New Hampshire to the Queen city of Manchester. He has experience with Leica and Carlson total stations, Carlson data collectors, and Carlson GNSS equipment. In addition to doing field work, Griffin has spent time doing deed/plan research.
When Griffin isn’t working, you can normally find him hiking, writing, performing with his bandmates, and spending time with family and friends.
Jonathan L. Bolster
Survey Crew Member
Jonathan is our newest team member. He started with us in June of 2026 and “hit the ground running.” He has proven to be a valuable asset to our team with his knowledge of survey, field experience, and extensive research experience.

Jon has come to PLS with over 6 years of surveying experience, which makes him a very valuable and appreciated employee. Jon’s work/training with another very good surveyor in the area truly prepared him well for the role we have asked him to fill. He is currently an LSIT and has scheduled the PS through the NCEES. He is pursuing licensure as a NH Licensed Land Surveyor.
When he’s not at work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycles, and camping.
Timothy A. Peloquin
Retired
Tim became a Licensed Land Surveyor in 1992 and founded Promised Land Survey, LLC in February of 1998. Throughout his career, Tim was involved in several professional organizations, including serving as president of the NHLSA for a term.

He also served on the NH Board of Land Surveyors.
Tim retired in December of 2025 and is enjoying spending more time with family, traveling, and continuing to develop Promised Land Foundation.
