Here is What Some of Our Clients are Saying:

Efficient, respected and results driven service

Tim and PLS have been local surveyors and engineers in the Derry area for 20+ years. He and his team are responsible for many projects all over Derry and the southern NH region. I have personally used Tim for dozens of my projects over the years. His local knowledge and most importantly local relationships with the town officials and engineers are key to his efficient, respected and results driven service. A development in the town of Derry (or surrounding communities) with Tim and Promised Land Survey’s name on it provides a distinct advantage in my opinion; formulated over the past 21 years of operating locally.
Andrew White

As a customer of Promised Land Survey, I must say that the professionalism and service that I received is second to none. I have engaged the services of many surveyors over the years and without a doubt Promised Land Survey is the best Survey company that I have ever worked with. They are highly competent in their filed of surveying, professional, diligent, timely, friendly and reasonably priced. It is without reservation that I recommend Promised Land Survey for your Survey needs.
John E. Saliba
I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Promised Land Survey. My job was relatively small, a survey to subdivide a lot and ZBA and Planning Board applications, however, I was made to feel as I was important and my job was important. My calls and emails were returned promptly, everything was completed exactly when and how it was promised with a pleasant attitude and a reasonable price. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!!
Linda Lavallee

You will not only not be disappointed, you will be elated

I would like to unconditionally highly recommend Promised Land Survey. They truly know what customer service means and are true professionals. I have used this firm on a whole host of projects, ranging from lot line surveys and septic designs to complex as-built and existing conditions surveys and more. They have travelled from Errol, NH to Haiti to ensure my projects came out the way they are supposed to be. Please consider using them for your next project, you will not only not be disappointed, you will be elated. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more. This is an easy recommendation to give!
Scott Coulombe

Would definitely recommend Promised Land. I just moved to Derry and… needed my lot surveyed for a fence. Tim squeezed me in and now my fence is underway. Great customer service and all around nice people!
Kim Powers
Tim is very professional and great at what he does! He also donates a lot of his time and expertise to the work of charity around the world, of which I have experienced first hand!
