For about 5 years I've wanted to get my land surveyed. Finally decided to get it done. I contacted a few local survey companies and one I've used previously. Two got back to me and the others didn't. We used Promised Land to divide an existing 5 acre lot into two lots to build a second house on. This was during the pandemic but they were able to complete the job and get it approved by the town. They also did a septic design for us. Overall, Tim was great to work with and we will definitely use them again.
